The process

Audit, then build, then keep it running. In that order, always.

Three stages. The first one costs you nothing and you keep it either way.

Audit

I map how the work actually happens

I sit inside your operations — workflow mapping, manual handoffs, response times, error rates — and turn it into one number: what it’s costing you a month. No commitment, no guesswork, no obligation to continue.

Build

I fix what the audit found

I scope it from the audit’s top findings, not off a shelf, and build it on the tools your business already runs on — your inbox, your sheets, your CRM. The quick win ships first: the biggest recovery for the least build effort.

Retain

I keep it running and keep finding more

A monthly retainer covers maintenance, monitoring, and working down the rest of the list from your audit. The system gets sharper every month, not just installed and left.

Inside the audit

Every step gets a time cost and a rank.

A finished audit — example
Where the work happensHours lost / month
  1. Enquiries land in three inboxes6
  2. Every one qualified by hand14
  3. Quote details typed twice9
  4. Follow-up runs on memory11
  5. Job status lives in one head5

45 hours a monthranked, so the biggest one gets built first

An audit traces one job end to end — how an enquiry arrives, who touches it, where it waits, and what gets re-keyed. Each finding is costed in senior hours a month and ranked by what it would take to fix.

The output is one page. You keep it whether or not you go any further.

How pricing works

There’s no published price list. Cost is set after the audit, based on what’s actually found in your business — you’ll see the maths before you commit to anything.

If a build won’t pay for itself several times over, I’ll tell you before you commit.
